Cosugi 2011 Day 1: Session 1-Making Our Catalogue Usable

University of Manitoba Libraries did an extensive testing with the help of an outside consultant on the usability of their website, including the catalogue. They had Web2 and Unicorn GL 3.1. There wasn't much to learn from this session that could be applied to Rochester Public Library except learning the process for future referencens. Basically their patrons didn't like their catalogue search so they hired a consultant to improve it.
